Preventing WW3 and Misunderstandings

why do we need a global language

Manuals and instructions for everything
We must have.!!there are thousands of languages around the globe. It would be pretty difficult to learn all the languages in order to communicate with the people. There must be a global language to have better communication among the people. The point of selecting a global language is good but the point of debate is which one?? Because people have to buy the translator which costs money and some people can not buy the translator so they can not enjoy other countries. And some people can also not afford money to study more languages so there should be one global language which should be the opinion of every country
1. We should think planet Earth is our only home therefore we need one worldwide language that speaks or represent for all of us 2. We should start to think about voting or creating one language for Earth people so that we can understand each other and help each other better. Also, we will be able to face with other neighbor planets in one voice (I mention this because we have so many languages, English seems to be the most popular international language right now but still not many can learn or don't have enough money to learn it. Therefore, the third world countries mostly are the left-out people if they can't communicate with us or in- reversed) 2. United Nations should be a place to plan for voting or creating a new language for all Earth citizens. Also, voting for the one representative in each nation to communicate with United Nations in case if other beings ever they come to Earth. This way, we would have one united voice and act accordingly with the laws as planned. We would avoid lots of chaos and calm 3. We need United Nations to prepare for all learning and sharing with our new universal friends (Aliens) 4. New born children on Earth will learn this global language but keep their native language(s).

Learning this language should be free to all. 5. Learning this new language can be used with technologies. The translation to other languages should be free and easy to access globally. If we all spoke one language it would be much easier to communicate and also bring together the great minds of our society to discuss all sorts of technology and put it together. That way our technological progress would be much faster and we can stop all of our modern day problems. Having one language in the world would give us an advantage of being able to communicate to everyone in the world. Some wars started because of an element of misunderstanding. If we had one language we could prevent war. Languages shape the way we think, different language speakers think differently, if we spoke the same language we would be able to understand each other. Therefore preventing conflict and civil war. People say the it takes away our culture, but there is no reason why we cant also keep our existing languages. Sherlock. HL The reason people fight is because they dont understand. They dont understand why we are all so different, and are scared of this, triggering their first defence to the unknownвfight it culture is incredibly important, and we should preserve it. Although, many cultures are opposed to one another, if we had a language that everyone could speak (to some degree) we could learn to accept one another for who we are and keep culture and peace I speak 6 different languages and still learning. I can tell you we need one language because this is the only way we can understand each other better and see each other better. Diffrent languages are causing divisions and is the major problems of our world today. I would rather forgo my culture for a truly world unity. By having one global language we can communicate and strengthen our bonds with other countries.

Most wars started with some element of misunderstanding, so by creating one global language we can possibly prevent world war 3. People say that it'll take someone's culture away but no one said they can't keep their own language. This way everyone can be bio lingual By having one global language we can communicate and strengthen our bonds with other countries. Waste of brain capacity we only use about 10% of our brain. So we should really be use ing it wisely. I am sure you will agree! There are more useful things in life than languages. Like science and maths. How are the new generation expected to learn, invent and discover new things if languages are taking up a big wad of the space. One global language, like english would be more useful for more than one reason. I could list 50. But i only put one above. Esperanto - a common language for us all. I am in favor of an auxiliary language, for international communication. Such a language exists - Esperanto. It is a planned language which belongs to no one country or group of states. Esperanto does not aim to replace the world's rich linguistic heritage. Indeed, wider use of the planned international language Esperanto would help to preserve the smaller languages. Esperanto may not be perfect, but I've used it successfully in Africa, South America and Europe, and it does the job. If there was to be a single global language that all the world's citizens would have the ability to communicate easily with individuals from different countries thus creating more equality.

If the world was better able to understand each other than there would likely be a reduced amount of conflict because there would be no loss of communication when being translated. A single global language would also prove to be more efficient in the global economy because the worlds businesses and corporations would be better able to communicate. Yes to a Global language! Using one global language to communicate would improve life in the work field. It would be easier to simply understand one another if everyone had at least one language that was known all around the world. For instance, every country has their own language because of cultural differences and background but in school they are taught another language to be able to communicate with someone of another ethnicity if they needed to. I am an American English student who is learning Spanish, but what if I wanted to travel to Germany and did not known German? I would have to take another foreign language course. But, if there were ONE language that we were all taught to speak in school ALONG WITH the language we are accustom to, then everyone in the world would be able to better communicate. The advent of a global language would lead to world wide communication, countries could become united and work to further the human species rather than work to compete with other nations. Inter species rivalry is seen in many animals such as deer and apes when mating to ensure that the best genes possible are passed on to the next generation. This, however is unnecessary in a species of higher intelligence. Especially not the most intelligent species in the world. Cultural diversity places is an unnecessary clasp on furthering our species. Tradition for traditions sake is very similar to hating for the sake of hating. Very illogical.

Most of the wars are because of not having proper communication between nations. Countries such as USA and Canada usually have very good relationship partially because of having adequate mutual understanding of each other. This understanding between nations can be achieved when the nations and not only the intellectuals are able to communicate with each other directly. Enough is enough! Millions of dollars and million of hours the global community should spend on learning different languages. Most of the wars and conflicts are because of not having proper communications between nations. Countries with the same languages such as USA, UK, Australia and Canada usually have very good relationships. Having a unique universal language is inevitable and will happen sooner or later. It is a question why not have it right now. If everyone in the world spoke the same language, communication among us would be much easier and we all could express ourselves much clearer. Misunderstanding between languages would be prevented. Sometimes translators can be wrong as some words cannot be translated directly. It would be simple deciding which language to get everyone to learn. The idea that one country is better than another just because they speak one language would be forgotten. Everyone could get along and maybe even the wars would fade away, eventually. Also, communication would no longer be a problem. Business, travel, and trade would be much easier because we can all talk to each other easily
